We recognize that CAD files, product assembly drawings, and material specifications represent your core intellectual property. SourceX never sells, licenses, or publicizes files uploaded to our directory or Managed Desk.

• All uploads are processed through encrypted cloud storage buckets with time-limited signed access URLs.
• AI model evaluations (such as geometry extraction) are executed in isolated stateless inference sessions with zero persistent training retention.
• Buyers may request permanent deletion of archived drawings upon project completion.

2. Account Information & Contact Telemetry

We collect your contact details (name, email, phone number, and organization if provided) solely to authenticate your session, personalize supplier suggestions, and deliver RFQ quotation alerts.

• We do not share your contact details with unsolicited third-party marketing brokers.
• Suppliers only receive your contact information when you explicitly request a direct quote or communicate via our platform.
• You have complete control to update your profile and password at any time via Account Settings.

3. Compliance & Grievance Redressal
